Eligibility and License Application Process
Online gambling platforms seeking a Digital Gambling License must submit an application at https://www.digitalgambling.org/get-your-dgla-license. The application process involves entering the platform's URL, the platform's name, and an email address. Our system will automatically evaluate the platform's global rank and calculate the annual licensing fee in USDT (Tether). This fee must be paid using our secure crypto payment gateway.
Upon successful completion of the transaction, the applicant will receive a provisional license, which includes a unique Verified DGLA License URL for the platform and the DGLA logo to display on the website. An email confirmation will also be sent to the applicant for their records.
During the manual review of the license within one week of issuance, DGLA may contact you via email to request further requirements.
-
License Fees and Payment
License fees start from 1000 USDT annually, adjusted based on global rank, with discounts available for longer commitments. Fees are recalculated upon renewal based on the current rank.
-
Rights and Obligations of Licensees
Maintain standards from the initial manual review. Renew and pay fees according to the agreed term to keep your license active.

-
Limitation of Liability
DGLA shall not be held responsible for any fraudulent or illegal activities, errors, or any other actions by licensees that may result in legal consequences. DGLA assumes no liability for the actions of its licensees.
